Dr. Garrett Notte is a veterinarian at Tacoma Animal Hospital with a heart for animals and a love for the Pacific Northwest. Originally from Northern Idaho, he made his way to the University of Arizona for his undergraduate studies before earning his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine with honors from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. He completed his clinical year at Oregon State University—where he rediscovered his connection to the PNW and decided to make it his home. 

Dr. Notte has special interests in client and staff education, preventative medicine, and dentistry. He’s passionate about helping pet parents feel confident and informed while delivering care to his new community. 

When he’s not in the clinic, you might find him exploring the outdoors, sipping local coffee, or relaxing with his two corgis, Carl and Nahla, and cat, Coupage.
